RETURN POLICY
We believe that our customers should have the right to return a purchase that does not meet their expectations. If you want to return a purchase, please contact a service representative of KAMILCO at 1.866.345.5449 within (5) business days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise returned between the first 15 days will receive a full refund. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for returned orders above $100.00. Any returns must be shipped back in its original box with its protective wrapping and must be fully insured for full value. Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable and the return charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to receive returns from outside the United States. All orders are shipped via UPS. Please be aware that all unauthorized, improperly packaged, or uninsured returns will be returned to sender.

Instructions for Damaged merchandise:
If your package is damaged during transit, please call UPS at 1.800.742.5877. Select track a package and ask for an agent to file a claim. The agent will give you instructions. Merchandise must be kept incase UPS requests to pick up damaged merchandise. UPS will fill a claim with us. Once we receive a claim we will send out a replacement for the damaged item.
