How do I find a specific item?
Our customers can find our products by using the search option at the top of every page. To search for a specific item, type either the item name, product category or keywords that describe the product. Our customers can also find an item by moving their mouse over the shop button at the top of our pages and choosing a category that will help you locate an item.

Is the information I give you secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.. Please note: email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card information. How do I place an order?
First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order click the red Add to Cart button. When you are ready to checkout, you have three options to choose from. (1) You can click the Add To Cart button on the bottom of the item detail page. This will begin your checkout. (2) Or, you can click  the View Cart button on the upper right hand section of every page. (3) Or, you can click on Check Out button to view the entire contents of your cart. A Checkout button at the top of the product pages will take you to a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Check Out. And you’re all Checked Out. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

Can you tell me the availability of a specific item?
When you are choosing your products, an item availability message will appear on the product detail page. A quick glossary:


 

Out Of Stock.

The item is currently out of stock. There is a waiting period for shipping this item. You may contact us to place a backorder of this item.

What browser do I need to shop?
If you are using older versions of these browsers (including Internet Explorer 3.0 or earlier, Netscape Navigator 3.0, AOL 3.0 or earlier, or Web TV) you may experience technical difficulties with online ordering.

Do you charge taxes?
Taxes are calculated for each shipping address total based on the state to which the item(s) is shipped. We will add all applicable taxes to items shipped to CA and TX*.

States marked with an asterisk (*) also require a tax on shipping.

Can I purchase items for delivery outside of the U.S.?
We do offer delivery outside of the U.S. If you are inquiring about deliveries to Canada, please
